Manual Lymphatic Drainage Windsor

Massage Therapy

In massage therapy, a registered massage therapist uses their hands to manipulate soft tissues of the body. This includes muscles, tendons, fascia, connective tissue, and skin to promote healing, relaxation, and relieve pain.

The most common types of massage are Swedish or deep tissue massage. Additionally, other tools may be used to enhance the treatment effect.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

In addition to traditional massage, Sarah Batal is certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage. This technique is gentle and is used to drain excess fluid from the body to improve lymphatic and immune function.

Deep Tissue Bamboo

Heated bamboo is used to soothe tired and achy muscles providing an effective and relaxing massage.
